| About : | Office Profile: Officially, SWASTIKA DESIGN was established in 2014, but in reality it’s foundation was laid back in 2007. Jasmin Chauhan is the Co-Founder and Principal Architect of ‘SWASTIKA DESIGN’, Patan. After having graduated from M.S University, Baroda, he has been privileged to have worked under 5 completely different ‘gurus’, Ar.Shandhya Shah (Baroda), Ar.Shreya Dalwadi (Baroda), Ar.Kalpesh Dalwadi (Baroda), Ar.Saneep Gandhi (Delhi) and Ar.Sameer Sengupta (Ahmedabad), all of whom, who helped him mould into what the studio stands for. They will always be grateful for the guidance and exposure that he got under these architects and the time their offices was a great learning experience for him. They would always hold a special place in his architectural journey. In 2011, a determination to initiate something of create own platform and hence began SWASTIKA DESIGN. How Swastika Design: Swastika creates beautiful places that are environmentally responsible and have enduring value: high-performing buildings that are expressly right for their time, place, and function. We measure performance comprehensively, considering economic, social, cultural, technical, and environmental factors. Our Approach: At Swastika Design our attempt is to reconcile and bring factors into equilibrium, to create pleasing and comfortable built environment. Our studio makes constant efforts to offer justice to every project with rare identity and adaptability, to deliver the solution for each project. Following the philosophy of functionalism, we derive unique way to enhance human comfort and efficiency. With eco-functional aesthetic balance we craft paramount perspective and intense elements to the buildings. |
